(2) those who are currently living in any of the above 12 countries and regions (Including international students, ex：Japanese who are studying in Hong Kong can also participate..* If you are ex-participant, you will be the national team of JAPAN.) Also, when you apply as a group, you will be the nationality of the representative.
(3) those who are a student in a high school/vocational school/junior college/university /graduate school
However, if those who is under the age of 20 are applying for "GATSBY CREATIVE AWARDS FINAL 13th" on March 9, 2019, parental consent should be required.※ As of July 2018 when under 20 years old

Individual or group entry
You can enter the category as a group, club, or class unit but students must plan and produce the work themselves.
At least 2/3 of the production should be done by students. The group must nominate a leader (who must be a student).
Mandom will bear the leader’s travel and accommodation costs when taking part in the FINAL.

The each one unit selected among the following each group; AREA A (Japan, Korea), AREA B (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Mongolia), AREA C (India, Thailand, Cambodia), AREA D (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia)
And one unit from 12 countries and regions in Asia as GATSBY SPECIAL PICK UP, will win through GATSBY CREATIVE AWARDS 13th FINAL on Saturday, March, 2019.
